1. Your Right to Return

Under UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to cancel your purchase and return Lumina Core within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

This 14-day return window applies to all customers in the UK and EU.

2. Conditions for Returns

Unopened Products: Products in unopened, undamaged, original packaging are eligible for a full refund.

Opened or Used Products: For food supplements, opened or partially used products may not be eligible for return for health and safety reasons. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.

Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no cost.

3. How to Return Your Order

Step 1 - Contact Us: Email us at info@eliminationmotio.world with your order details and reason for return.

Step 2 - Return Instructions: We will provide you with a return address and instructions for sending your product back.

Step 3 - Ship Your Return: Package the product securely and send it to the return address we provide. You can use any courier service.

Step 4 - Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned product in acceptable condition, we will process your refund within 14 days.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Standard Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order.

Defective Products: If your product is damaged or defective, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us with photos of the damage.

5. Refund Method

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at delivery. If you paid by cash, refunds will be made by bank transfer or cheque, depending on your preference. Processing typically takes 5-10 working days after we receive your return.

6. Cancellation Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel your order before it is dispatched, you can do so at no cost. Simply contact us at info@eliminationmotio.world as soon as possible.

7. Refused Delivery

If you refuse delivery when the courier arrives, your order will be returned to us. We will process a refund of the product price, but delivery and return shipping costs may not be refunded.

8. Defective or Incorrect Products
